Recipes for organic tea

My father in law up in humboldt has two bags of worm castings he forgot to aid to his organic soil mix. Can He use those castings in a tea, i would think they can't be to soluable or maybe they are. If so any recipes would be nice?

Thanks dude forwarded it right to his email the link that is. Now that that has been handled. He has a major problem with powder mold too? 40 five footers got the powder mold, fith grow and only once did this not happen. Could be his genetics for sure but what do I know, That's why I leave it up to the pros. I say love them but if someone else has a good thing to prevent this. Besides bringing air from under the trailer. He did add a hepa filter.:weed-sign:
