Recommend A Light For Seedlings And First Month Grow?

I would like to have another light to start my plants for 3-4 weeks , I would be starting 4-6 plants in solo cups then moving them to my 1000 hps light.

Hey dude. You post a LOT. It might be beneficial if you stuck to one thread and asking questions there instead of making a thread for every question you have.

Threads go dead on this site after a couple days, that's why I make a new one, I guess I could look for a site with a little more activity.

Anyway t5 lighting that's what you'll need for your seedlings, shit even cfms will work, but for veg I'd recommend t5s
