Red Hair And Sugar On Outside Buds

I've noticed that the buds curbed from the lights are the first to sugar up and have red pistils. Anyone know why?

Lack of light/ energy is forcing plant site to try to finish, it’s why shaded sites get done faster and why if they hermie it’s alsyss the lower shaded buds, the sole purpose of any plant is to procreate and make the next gen, and if unpollinated it Herms to try to make seeds and in that absence it also finishes the buds faster.

Long story, Lower buds or shaded buds always finish faster
