We are Lucky in Reno..NO Ticks and NO fleas either (lots of lawn Gnats)..closest fleas and ticks are nearer to @GT21..There was a heart worm scare here a few yrs back, but they stopped about 15 miles away..odd, since the Tahoe area is heavy duty tick country.(Maybe the heat here kills them)..Mosquitoes are a bother though..This was odd (for me anyway)..Got my new pup from a ranch near town..Took her to the vet for shots, where he pulled out a 1" long white fly larvae from just under her skin..nasty thing.

i dont think there is any dog ive had that didnt have them, the females parisite doesnt kill the host, the male goes on for years no problem then all sudden starts to wrap around the heart, first signs are dog will swell like there retaining water,at that point all you can do is give them ascripton once a day,a coated asprin pretty much but difrent chemicles,i know i spelled that wrong, but hey im old lmao, ive lost 3 dogs and my male bulldog has me thinking so,me and mama done made are mind up no more animals,we tired of burying them,we do have a feral cat ,she wont go to no one but me and mama keeps these snakes in check, thinks she a flying squirrel though, hahah

it is bro,all mine lived about 7 to 9 yrs though,2 of them were rescue dogs, and my first pitbull and my heart was the first,to go about 35 yrs ago.
its like you know there gonna get them, mosqitos from hell here, you just hope it the female,no matter what the vets say, they can kill with arsenic, but just lead to other issues, ive more than one vet tell me it isnt worth what you could be opening yourself up to

yeah the shit is good mate. Bokashi makes the best tasting MJ hands down. You dont need cow shit but i find dairy cattle poop is the best, I do make it from a blend of manures too, the wild manures are best but of course hard to collect. Try to find out if you get farmed that the cattle havent had any antibiotic treatments min 2 weeks before you collect manure, otherwise it will fuck up your blends

yes it will, you can try the BIOL video I sent you for stress relief too. i added it here too in case you missed it. It has a list of ingredients so should be easy :-) I use this for pest control and environmental stress. The other thing I use lots of is fermented urine, Purine its called, I get this from livestock farmers locally, its from sheep, cows and donkeys. I use this on perennials in particular but it works well on MJ where pH is a problem and all the NH4 is being converted. It also helps with P uptake by the way

I made some extract from oranges, but shit goes off quickly. I am trying to find the right enzymes to prevent it spoiling but I am not a chemist so its trial and error. I heard the dudes that make orange squash, that shit you add water too, might be able to help me but they are worse than the fucking colonel for keeping secrets

Yeah we use pet armour on our dog, found a flea on him a couple weeks ago that had bit bit him but when I pulled it off it was dead so the stuff did what it's supposed to do in a way. I've heard peppermint oil repels em too.
