I was not sure if this belonged here or in the nute thread. Sorry if i misjudged

Anyways. So i have a 5gallon res that i use to water my girls automatically in coco coir

I have a air pump, and a recirc pump going 24/7
Temps stay 24-26c
Ph drifts up from 5.8-6.8 over night and i also get kinda a wierd smell.
Not really unpleasent or anything to bad just a wierd smell. Im using house and garden nutes. The whole line (coco) except algen and amino.

Is the smell and ph thing normal?

Pumping air into a nutrient mix can cause bacterial growth that pushes pH around..

Your waters to warm. Get some enzymes to work and clean your res weekly.
Try keeping the water at 70-72max

What about peroxide?
I do weekly changes and daily top offs. Its only 5 gallons. The smell comes overnight on the first night
