Been a busy and strange summer so far, so it’s been a while since I updated this thread. But I’d like to share that 1. Big bag continues to put out bud with very little effort on my part. I did finally get round to getting some barley in for the worms, but other than that it’s just harvest after harvest. 2. The Humboldt seed company California Sour Diesel is a great cultivar. I got a bunk pack and had zero germ out of ten. I thought that was crazy but Seeds Here Now didn’t and sent another pack. I’ve germinated two and have just gotten to taste the cured bud from the first seed to take. (I was 2 for 2 with the seeds from the replacement pac). It came out great. Really stinky and full of fuel. Crazy blue color to the buds. And the high is just like I remember the old school Diesel that came round 20 or so years ago. It is a really strong, but “up” and creative high. I can wait to try the second plant, which has some slight differences in appearance. This winter I’ll sift the rest of the 10 pac through, but I’m already pleased with the product. I also pulled 4oz of big buds (larf Is for the worms) off this plant which is exemplary for my rig.
Well, happy farming everyone. Peace out.
