Hi, following harvest, has anyone been successful in retaining the bottom half of the plant that holds those smaller flowers and exposed them out of the shade and into the now clear & stronger light? Can it be done, is it productive? Can we get extra yield out of it before the whole plant dies?

Hello I’ve done some harvesting in stages it’s doable. I’ve have left the bottom branches from a couple of weeks to a month and sometimes they change color. Sometimes get a better tasting smoke. They can still put some more density on but where I live I think it’s very marginal . If you have a longer growing season it could be pretty Amazing but my season is pretty short. Best of luck!!

Thanks. Im about to chop so I'll give it a go. I'll keep it posted on here. 👎

I pick all the big buds, leave all the little stuff. I harvest it all later, it’s all good smoke.

You can take quite a lot off & re-veg a plant
I’ve done it myself quite a few times in the past.
It used to be done more when all we had were regular seeds. You can reveg upto twice the third time the plant doesn’t get you much high.
