Reusing Outdoor Soil After Using Og Flower Rapid

If I use OG flowering rapid and hardener for this cycle, can I reuse the soil for next season without the trees flowering too soon?

If it is outdoor all those ferts should be washed away. You have to reuse it when your next plant flowers for it to work again. JMHO
