Revegging!?

Can anyone tell me if you think these have started to reveg?

If the plants are growing under a low wattage light than no. I believe it is a matter of the plant needing additional watts

They are growing under a homemade light with lots of led bulbs

Your plants are beginning to Foxtail. When I see this sign, I usually know it is time to harvest. The pointy ends are the hey... after a while they grow sideways as well and get a bushy appearance, sort of like cornrows. They haven't started to reveg, they are just at the end of their life cycle. Using Triacontanol or some strains have this effect so it isn't anything to panic over. Have you turned your lights back to 18/6 and expecting revegging or is this just the odd bud growth that has you wondering?
