RH in final bag reading 50%

So I just finished my first harvest in a long time. And am pretty happy with how things turned out. I used big stimis method for harvesting and binning / reconstruction and so on. Anyways. I finished trimming my harvest and put it in a zip lock bag removing as much as as I could and out a RH meter in thrre. The buds are crunchy on the outside and super sticky on the inside. But this joe I got whe. I checked the RH it read 50%. Now from what I’ve read that’s way too low. But the buds are definitely not over dried.

Anybody have any ideas.

You overdried. All that means is it might not cure well. Doesn't mean the bud is terrible. I've never dealt with it maybe someone else will have a solution. Maybe the buds were too thin and you were gauging it by the stem?

I’m not sure that’s it. The buds are still super sticky when I break them down to roll a joint. I will check the RB in my bag eh. I get home fri. Work today.

How long in bag to get that reading.
If first day check again.
If still too fry add a small piece of carrot for a day or until the RH is around 60%.
