Ripped off by Seedaholics

Has anyone else been ripped off by Seedaholics in Ireland? I paid for a shipment with very high shipping and handling charges. But Seeaholics only sent half the shipment and in a very untimely manner. They are just bad to do business with. And with planting time tables being what they are, time is of the essence.
Any sugggestions how to deal with these vermin?
