Rochester man says marijuana search was unconstitutional
DOVER — A Rochester man says a police search of his home which resulted in the seizure of nearly 100 marijuana plants was unconstitutional.David Brock, 52, of 25 Anita St., was charged with a felony count of manufacturing of a controlled drug after probation officers allegedly found 91 marijuana plants in his home on January 12. Brock’s attorney, Stephen Brown, has filed a motion to suppress in Strafford County Superior Court to suppress all the evidence the officers have collected, arguing the search was unconstitutional.
