Rock Dust

Glacial Rock Dust... was wondering if to,how to,when to use it and is there a difference between white and brown or dose it only come in one color wanting to add to my soil heard good things but not to sure any help would be appreciated good or bad.

I ammend for cooking. Im sure you can topfeed though. Just be gentle. It should have a recipe on the back. Try it at half strength then bump it up. Its all just trace minerals cant really get enough of those.

Never topdressed So i cant tell you but if you feel like your lacking trace minerals, like i said it wont hurt. I only ammend into my soil mix and it works out fine. My plants stay nice and green.
