So I am a coco grower but want to try my luck with the grodan Rockwoll squares. But have never used them. Can I get some good info on how to start them and all the basic info. The grow store guys are of no help.

I soak mine in 5.5 ph'd RO water with a 125 ppm solution of grow nutrients / calmag / 29% hydrogen peroxide / Superthrive, only cause I have it, never really needed it.

I op the seeds using the paper towel method, the moment I see the tip I put the germ tip down in the hole that I have opened up a bit with a 1/4 dowel, and then gently scratch the surface closed. Keep moist and warm I like those glass containers with the sealable locking lids. When the roots show at the bottom I put them in 2" netpots with the bottom cut out to make it easier to transplant.
