Rockwool Flood And Drain

HEY FAM I was wondering if anyone has done flood and drain with rockwool 6x6x6 cubes?
I've really been thinking about doing a 4x8 tray with rockwool flood and drain

So my question is how many times would I flood my table and how high?

My clones are already ordered I'm going with SFV OG and running 20 per 1k light at 2 weeks of veg time

I would hand water to waste at transplant then allow the blocks to dry to establish root growth into the block. I would keep the blocks off the tray by lining the tray with drop ceiling plastic grid. This will air prune the roots forcing more lateral root growth through the cube. After the plants are established I would flood as needed. Might be as little as once a day at first.
