Rockwool tips and tricks

just wondering if anyone had any 1tips or tricks for growing with rock wool ? thanks

known for high moisture retention. be mindful of this with seedlings and cuttings. oversaturated cubes leave little ones water logged. be sure to wring them to just barely damp. Hugo blocks are on the opposite side of size. Seem to be a popular base for DWC application in combo with something to fill in the gaps around the corners of the net pot. hydrokorrel or even plantIt large coco chips would work and keep light out of the root zone. the grow slabs can be cut to size and continually layered ontop each other as the root mass grows. Ive seen these mass of grodan just hand watered on tables in the open air. lightweight material makes handling and transport easy.
