Rockwool Watering Times With Seeds

Hi guys i am new and only kinda know what im doing. I need help with how long and how often to water my seeds in rockwool. here is the video for my set up i currently have the time set every 4 hours starting out at 630 (lights on at 6) for 5min. I had it set to water for 15 min but i felt that was to much so lowered it to 5min. I dont have a dome just the 6in cubes and i feel my 2 1200 mars hydro lights dry them out fairly well soi need to keep the top wet....right? Please help

I followed this when i started mate and it did me fine plants were always healthy and grew well
