Do you have to ph your water when you feed your plants?
Are these Hydro/synthetic /or semi organic?

But just to get the clones going you should not need to ph the water.
In my opinion

the root riot plugs are great. Definitely pre soak in ph’ed water if your water isn’t 5.5-6.5 they don’t need long, like 3-5 minutes then take your cutting, dip it into some rooting hormone (any kind is fine) and place the cutting in the root riot plug.. some strains and cuttings take longer to root, once you see roots they are ready for transplant. It’s pretty simple, I have better success with them then the aeroponic cloners. Give them ambient light until they are rooted and then harden them off over several days.
