Don't spray clones directly, mist the dome only, shake or tap out the excess water from the rockwool, you want them moist with air pockets, saturated cubes take longer to root.

But do these look healthy? And do you think they will root?

Who knows, cloning not a slam dunk and can't predict from photo. Everything I'm seeing is wilted looking, which doesn't give me a positive outlook. The rock wool cube cracked open is showing saturation, which is contrary to what contributor DrMcSkunkins added.

They are building up by what it looks in the pic. I switched to an areo cloner and use rhizo blast in my bucket. I get roots in 3-5 days. You may want to squeeze out some water and see if that helps. They have to be moist not drenched. Go ahead and trim your leaves in half and try 2 days of just dark. I used to do 1 day light and 3 days full dark and would get root shoots.
