You could take your hand and rub the pots and the root tips should breakoff. the idea of the fabric pots if to prune the tips of the roots when they touch O2 so the it creates many more root ends. Not sure if you have flipped the lights yet but you should ASAP and you need to prune out this tent.

I did cut some light hogging fan leaves after I read this but I’m choosing to hold back a little on pruning.

@Glomus isn't wrong. It's just not necessary. It's simply not anything to worry about.
