is it ok to put my plants on a heat mat.....it gets cool here at night....there in a tent but its on a cement floor in garage

How about 2-4 layers of cardboard to insulate beneath the tent?

A heat mat could be good. But, it's an opportunity for things to go wrong too. (Recently someone cooked their roots doing that, made a mistake.).

didnt think of that.....but the mats are not to hot .....can just feel a bit of warmth coming from it
