Half the plants getting frosty other half still getting thick but it's stretching out my weak ass scrog net so will have to adjust that on the next run when I have time to pour more cement in the holes.
The small freak plant looks delicious with this blue tint in the nugs
Hey man! Haven’t seen ya in a bit! Looks a little hot for them.

Thank you brother, I think your right as I've been pushing the lights 100% since the weather got cooler but I notice the drivers get real hot any time I got over 85% I should probably back it off to that again. 🙏

Oh for sure. I finish most of my runs around 70-75%. Aside from the heat/light stress, youre looking great! Always like seeing your thread. You are pretty great at more with less. I am a fan man.

Thanks for the support bro it means a lot as I'm still learning and getting my head round soils and hot climates and I've learnt so much last few months I feel excited for popping more seeds and taking it further

Checked again on the loup & trichs beginning to cloud but still mostly white, will chop soon, just gotta make sure wine cooler is working as it supposed to. Figured out the drainage problem & I think my first plant got mould from the standing water so since adjusting the plants have been drying but I hope not too fast.
I hear some ppl cure 50-55 first couple days then hold 60 & then hit it with 50 sub last day. Not sure if that will work for me but will give it a try one the one freak plant next week as I will sacrifice that first to test the fridge for the other 4 ( plus it helps me with not over filling the fridge)

Finally ready to chop, not sure why it took so long for pistils to turn brown (last 2 plants still had lot of white hairs) the seed bank stated 8-9 wk flower this took 12 . I admit I probably could of chopped at wk 11 but that still late but something for my to learn more about regarding ripening. Happy with the yields, not happy with the lack of aromas but this plant never really showed any when growing neither so let's wait till it's cured but I'm not expecting much. Still getting my head around this DIY cannatrol wine cooler but it seems to be working, just gotta put some nugs in a jar for a couple weeks and see the results.

2nd half in the fridge, trimmed off the big leaves from the first batch after 5-6 days in the cure cooler.
The 1st plant has some small nugs dry quick which has been curing for a week now, still a bit wet and sticky but the ash is white and smoke is smooth, just doesn't have a strong flavour on the tongue, I hope it comes thru later as I can smell a lemonade gas coming out of the nugs now so 🤞
Also put all the popcorn nugs into the freezer will save it all for either making rosin, hash or oil later on.

Results are in, I've been curing in these sweet decades terp lock bags which claim to preserve terps and density. Left most of them in the fridge between 60/60 - 65/55 for the past few weeks. I had a lil bit curing in a glass jar for comparison and I think the bags be slightly further ahead with curing.

I chucked all popcorn nugs in the freezer but they stayed wet instead of freezing properly, probably because I tried to be clever, triple wrap it and put it in a plastic tub after, so I removed all the plastic bags & put straight into the tub. I will have to throw this away & try again next time.

I've been smoking a lil whilst curing but more or less I got 9oz as the frozen bud was still wet so I wont include all that weight. Which is about 0.5g per watt so disappointed in my first LED run but no one told me soil was this hard .

Overall I'm a bit underwhelmed with the flavour and density. I believe I didn't feed K precisely so im gonna try dial in that for the next round but not sure what else I could've done for terps, it never really has an aroma during flowering and didn't improve that much after chopping.
It smokes clean at least but tastes of gasoline, skunk and a hint of lemon.

I was impressed with the wine cooler for my first attempt and can't wait for 2nd run as I'll be alot more confident using. It took 2-3 weeks @ 60/60 in the fridge, next time I will try 65/55 to help speed up.

The nugs in the pick is from the most dense plant but that was only a couple oz, the rest is quite airy but luckily easy to grind, will probably turn most into budder for edibles.

Any feedback is always most appreciated ✌🏽

One of those 2 hermed the other I put in the fridge first and caught dengue same week so it got mould in the fridge as it wasn't draining properly in the beginning. So now that I think about it I only really grew 5 in an are that can fit 8 pots. Hopefully I can get the gram per watt level to a more respectable number

Ok.....thank you for the update......

Now on to the next one......

Lesson learned, moving forward!

I've learned plenty......usually the hard way.....the best part about learning the hard way....I'll never do that shit again.....

Yeah....the how many plants can I fit......

I personally love a variety......

I'm not the best grower by far, but I'm that much more experienced than I was the previous grow....

It's a preference really.....how long you veg...how you train.....how you feed......

I'm sure you know this so I'll quit rambling......

Thank you for sharing your journey with me.....

Till the next one....
