Hi guys. My first post here.Day 29 of growing epsilon F1 currently. This is My first grow.New growth looks healthy and vibrant green. I noticed this badly discolored leaf. It has changed from normal to this in 1 Day. In the other pic i show that there is some slight discoloration in some other lower leaves too, but nothing like the one leaf in 1st pic.All i did yesterday was some defoliation. It got nutes and water 2 days ago and is not in need yet. As this is my first grow, i have watered The plant so, that the water with nutes also hit The leaves and left droplets. Today i read that you shouldn't do that, as it could "act like a magnifying glass" and leave those spots because of that. Could this be The issue, or is this something worse. Help would be appreciated. Cheers and good growing guys!

The magnifying glass effect has largely been determined to be a myth but water pooling or beading on leaves still causes burn spots through a different mechanism. To me it seems more like an oxidation or bleaching, but apparently it's an edima effect from normal leaf evaporation being disrupted where droplets are. At the end of the day the outlook is the same, we don't want water sitting on our leaves when light is in the equation because it causes damage.
I've had leaves look like that after doing IPM too late in the morning. Looks like water damage to me. This is why I never water during the day unless I'm dropping a drip bottle in the dirt.

nothing to do with water on the leaves,. it’s all a complete myth,.
let’s see whole plant pictures

Ninjadogma has it right. One thing to add, I think yours wasn't just plain water, but might have been nute water. Droplet dries, salts stay, tissue under them burns. GNick55's right that the lens is a myth, but that doesn't make water on leaves harmless.
Rinse them with plain water, lights off. Residue keeps working every time it re-wets.
Should be a one-off. Note where the worst mark ends, look again in 4-5 days. Same size means it's done. If new spots turn up on leaves that never got wet, or these spread after a rinse, ignore me, not residue.
