Thin out the lowers while they're in the stretch. It's ok for leaves to touch, but not if there's no air circulation. Got fans? How about extraction for ventilation (ventilation is not the same as circulation, keep that in mind)?

Lollipop those fvckers. I make all my plants look like blow pope when I flip. Nothing down low, colas on top. I will normally leave middle upper fans alone, taking only larfy stuff out.

Looks like you have humidity problems... I think you should get a dehumidifier.
I see white deposits on the serrated edges of your leaves... Which means that every night your leaves are leaking water.
