will S1's from the clone have the same exact traits as the clone mother just like a cut of her would?

An S1 will not be genetically identical as a clone would be. In the production of gametes, there is going to be some recombination and shuffling of genes. The only way that the S1 would be genetically identical to the mother is if the mother were entirely homozygous at every locus in the genome. They are likely to be similar, but not genetically identical.
