Salty Coco! 4th run w/ Atami. 1500ppm first rinse wtf!

Rinsing w/ R.O. water ph. at 5.5. Got ppm's down to under 300 after 3 rinses. Last rinse with ph. 5.2. Runoff ph. is still around 6.4. Should i rinse one more time w/ some 4.5 to get the ph. around 5.8 before transplanting the girls? As always thanks for the help.

coco has weird properties and the runoff will usually come out different than what went in. i've never worried about the ph of the coco itself. just water with a 5.9 solution and your roots will access it fine.

agreed - as long as you got most of the salts out - you should be fine
