Sanders will propose nixing marijuana from federal list of dangerous drugs

Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders will announce his support Wednesday for removing marijuana from a list of the most dangerous drugs outlawed by the federal government — a move that would free states to legalize it without impediments from Washington.

The self-described democratic socialist senator from Vermont plans to share his proposal during a town hall meeting with college students that will be broadcast on the Internet across the country from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.

Bout damn time it leaves schedule 1. What a stupid thing. Gov has had patients being supplied from the university of Mississippi for a LONG time.
G-13 anyone?
Therefore, it should not have ever been put into schedule 1, as in no medicinal uses, they can't call it just research, been doing it for too long to blow that horn.
We have state after state at least going medical. And now recreational states are comming up one after the other. Polls are solid over half the people are on board. People are finding out what we all knew for years, it's not reefer madmess at all. Were just not letting them get away with it anymore. GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE, Not upon the people, but for the people.
