Santa Cruz Area ?'s

Im looking for information on the santa cruz area around boulder creek and burkdale.
i have a friend(lol not me) whos looking at land in those areas.
im looking for info on the community type, frequency of raids, resources and other basic info/factors that one should consider when buying
land in santa cruz. Thanks!

Lol, Boulder Tweek.... I have some buddies out that way. It really depends on your neighborhood ime...

Look for foreclosed property or whatnot...fwiw. Good luck.

In Boonie Doons it's a crap shoot. I know a guy who has smoked pot all his life. (60+ years old) His down the street neighbor was growing pot and like a hater he reported him to the authorities. Even if a hippy lives next door, that doesn't mean he wont get jealous and throw you under the bus. The guy I know is one of the biggest pieces of shit I have ever met.

beautiful area........(I was re-building homes from Love Creek slide in 80's)............just gets crowded for it's size.......If you can get the box canyon at end of 5mile dirt road you MIGHT be ok..............



nothin' new though.......dealing w/asshats...... no matter where one goes.................
