Schedule for nutrients?

Does anyone here have a nutrients schedule for coco and is willing to share with me? :) Im gonna be growing GH GWS in 30 l coco pots, hand watering. and im looking for a solid AN, GHE or ATAMI schedule. i think i have got a good idea for a schedule but i would like somone else's to compare with. Last time i had lockouts and nitrogen claw with my black jack and lemon skunk
