Schwazzing & Defoliation

Hey guys im 8 weeks into veg, im flipping my plants to 12/12 tonight, i plan on doing a full Schwazzing to the plants removing all leaves. kinda nervous about it the plants look naked afterwards but ive read alot about this technique any advice? i will also be doing it agian on day 21 of flower!

Leaves are a plants store of energy, defoliation is ok in my book providing it’s not a full in Schwaz,
1. Only remove all prior to harvest, day a week before
2. Some claim by it by yields suck
3. You can try 2 plants side by side and see for yourself. Let us know what u think

I’ve done both and seen no benefit on full on strip.

Don't do it.

Are you planning to put them in the total darkness for a time period first?

The only time i do that is like the last couple days before harvest
