Im young so budget is short ,also here 20$ is a bit more than that But i think small grow i can manage ,im tryin to learn and research everyday if everything go as planned i will post results on this forum

without the bulb you grow nothing all im saying,only bulb i ever seen explode was the t12 bulbs,and when they explode you will sweep that glass for years garuntee
