scrog in a dr 60

ye iv got dr60 filled with a tree i flowered it at 19 inch and 2 weeks later its over 40 inch and i topped it day 1 of flower. next time round i wanna scrog it ill get a 60 cm x 60cm mesh 8 inch above my pot but how long should i veg it for, if any one has experience help please i just want to do it efficient i just want to fill the mesh with buds i dont want it over growing u no help

how much bud do you think i would get from a 60cm x 60 cm screen with a 250 watt hps and a 90 watt led, the medium is coco with a b and pk 13, strain uk cheese temps r perfect
