Scrog/trellis should i put it up after bloom?

Hi guys, i’m wondering if i should put up a net to support my plants after i flipped to bloom? I’m growing Royal Queen seeds feminized critical strain. Its 60% indica. I read that the buds will be very dens and heavy so i’m thinking it will need support?? I’m a bit confused about the difference with scrog and trellis net. This is my first grow and i want to get the best result and yeild. I put a net a day before i flipped and they are now filling up the net nicely. Am i doing this correct??

They are one on the same and it's best you fit them in before the flip to bloom. You've obviously done your homework and a great job at applying the knowledge. Everything looks

Okey, thanks i put so much time and effort into this so i’m really nervous about messing it up really appreciate the help
