Change of plans. Going up to a 3 week veg due to converting room back to a vented room. Im going to only run 2 tents for a while. Still doing 4 of these under the SE7000 but im also gonna give my single tote system a try on 2 plants in a 4x4.

I am going to vent the room into the crawlspace for now. Its huge and about 5 foot concrete and vented. Doubt it will heat my floor but i do worry about pipes freezing down there.

So no more window unit, no more co2, no more dehui.

I also might just blow it inside the house but I cant figure out now id do it where its controlled. Anywho

The 6 plants are doing great. I added hydroguard the other day cause i seen a little brown on the roots. Video suggests they are fine but i still worry.

I added some micro, calmag and balance then ph downed around 3 days ago.

I also cant give them more light due to the room not being vented. The led heats up the room quite a bit. Im leaving the veg tent door open and a fan blowing house air inside it..

They did get a day where I forgot to leave the tent door open. The leafs started curling up and yea. . its fine now. .but anyways. .

I had to yank the window unit due to bugs getting in through cracks. Then I had to shut off the dehui due to extra heat it makes. Then we yank the c02 cause i have to leave bedroom door open. . fun fun. I regret buying a 400 dollar window unit instead of a 800 dollar mini split. I wasnt thinking about winter. I was going to have to yank the unit soon anyways due to it freezing.

Atm im trimming weed from my last grows so i dont have time to work in there. I just know i dont want to vent the heat outside again. Id rather blow it in the crawlspace this year instead.

System is done. Just gotta find the lid for the external res.

I drilled holes in the water line, inserted airline spikes, and hooked up airlines to those instead of airstones.

I dont have enough water pressure coming through to give it the venturi effect in each bucket. But its turning the water pretty well so im ok with it for now.

I also added another venturi pump to my external res. Dont mind all the cat hair floating in the res, I get it all our by wednesday. I could transplant now but im going to temp test the room. Gonna kick the light on max and see how hott it gets.

I also have to install a bigger booster fan. The tent wants to collapse from that T8. Dont worry I have another 8 inch fan that will blow it up like a 🎈.

Yep, painted it over a year ago. Needs a recoat from all the moving it around in my garage.

Added 10 gallons of water, a splash of calmag and a splash of micro and shes sitting at 5.7 ph and 700ppms 72f water temp. No ph down or athena balance added. Test strips showed low hardness and low nitrate, ppms after adding water was 350. Then i added nutrients to 700ppms. 2 plants will end up staying until I clean another 4x4 lol. . im so lazy.

First vid is the SE 7000. 2 critical kush in the back. Two watermelon zkittlez up front. Light is very close to plants and on max setting for 2 days now. Its the only way I can match the lux they were receiving in the veg tent. 40k lux.

Ppms were 750 and ph was 5.5. Dunno what water temp is, forgot to look. Roots look good and so do the pants. Not perfect given its not an even canopy but it will work.

Im not scrogging but I did top them all yesterday. I also inoculated the rest with some of the veg totes solution. I put about 10 gallons of what they came from into a new system with 20 gallons of 900ppm new solution. I did not add hydro guard. I am using what bbs I pumped over, and what came over in the roots and net pot.

As for the veg tent in the second video. Those two plants are under 12/12 now. They might go in their own 4x4s or they might go in the same 4x4. I might actually start using a 4x4 for hanging and curing, at least thats what im using one for currently. The other still needs cleaned lol.

what lux meter you using.i was getting around 45k lux at 20 odd inches bro.cant remember exactly but it was around that..

Lol mb for short reply, i barely even remember sending that.

So the mars hydro i run, tsl2000 is the board style and i keep it close and on about 75%. It actually pegged my luc meter at like 46k from up to 10 inches. Its because of the board style, all those diodes crammed together, it has its drawbacks, but i like the board style for small spaces.

I will have to look over the light again, perhaps get a wattage meter for the outlet to see what its actually pulling.

If were being honest, im use to running 1000w hids at transplant. Ill also have to try another lux meter.

I have the light so low because i want the back left plant to catch up. Im not to worried about frying the leafs on that larger plant front left, i can cut them off. Im more worried about pushing that back left plant. Ironically even with 1000w hids, ive had a hard time getting light damage on upper leafs. Its usually nutrient lock from lack of res changes lol. I reformulated my batch so we will see what happens.

Well i hope you dont scorch them bro.it will most likely slow them down if your exceeding the dli of the plant..it could very well stunt them.who knows..just thinking out loud bud..they are going soo well too..

My intent was to stop vertical growth without scrogging or low stress training. I did top them, and I do plan on defoliating the large inward fan leafs soon. Atm, I just want to see how wide they can get. By no means should they go undamaged up top. I honestly need more fans in there too.

Whats wild is that 2 plant system, smells like some good reefer already. Ive never had them smell like flowers during veg. Im prolly gonna do them together in a 4x4 after another week or 2 of vegging.

Welcome bro, I hope this thread continues to be smooth sailing in regards to system performance. So far, ive gotten away with 0 water changes and 0 measuring cups haha. I pour to a specific ppm now, and sometimes I get double what I want, but its all good. I cant find out how easy it actually is unless I try ;)

Shes staying low and healthy, been in there a few days now with the light at max. The roots are very white when compared to my other systems. Honestly the water is heavily tinted red with micro and generally my roots would be tinted but they are not.

Not bad for an idiot using toilet parts ;)

So i had the light so low that the plant grew up through it. The part of the plant thats burnt in the picture was from the plant touching the light.

The 2x4 is also looking pretty good. Im happy with the way the girls are looking thats for sure.

So i am running over 200ppms of nitrates. When i keep it under 150ppms the water doesnt get as red. But that micro i use thats in flora trio makes it red like this. I know that when I push them they need more nutrients than if I had the light up higher. So since I want it to be hands off I just run double the dose of N that I normally would. Last grow i did it and it was my best grow yet. As a matter off fact it looks like they have drank at least 5 gallon since monday. . . prolly 10. Idk im so hands off now.

Just had to scold 6 girls who broke into my building and threw a party. Oldest was 14. . they spray painted my basement with Dick's and hearts lol. . im just glad im not growing over there lol. . they broke out a window and yea.. . i just lead a pow wow with 8 adults and 6 teenage girls lol. . told them they luck I didnt send their ass to jjc. They destroyed the place. . Anywho. . im not touching anything tonight. Im done. . but tomorrow I plan on transplanting those 2 plants in that 2x4 into their own 4x4 and scrogging them down. . but. . i gotta clean the old tote out of there still lol. . fml

And i can start 6 more seeds since they cant charge me with shit anymore. By the time they try its all legal.
