Second Grow : Thoughts so far?

Hey everyone!
So if you’ve seen my past posts you’ll know i struggled quite a bit with my first grow.
Still working away but unfortunately not only did I get 80% males and a bunch of Hermes I was essentially left with 1 single female plants that’s nearing harvest.

however I started a second grow about a month and a bit ago to start from scratch with everything I’ve learned.
Hoping to hear your thoughts so far on their progress
