Second topping during EARLY FLOWERING?

Hello!

I was trying to find threads about this topic but I couldn't

My plant got damaged and lost half of the body I tried to fix it and save but it didn't work, now it is in early flowing I want try to increase size of the remaining plant so I'm thinking about second topping of the main branch.

Does anyone has any experience with this?

I wouldnt top during flowering. Bad idea i think. Not a pro but never heard of it being done during flower
