Yeah but more than half the weight of the whole plant can be seeds if heavily seeded. If they're heavily seeded, imo, it would be better to stop letting them mature any more and put replacements in right away. You'd have more smokeable weed in a month that way than letting seed clusters mature for another five weeks.
That's just my opinion though.

It's not that uncommon to have a few male flowers on ones plants.
