Seed Storage?

Anyone have some good information on seed storage? Im starting to accumulate enough rare seeds that I would like to take proper care of them.

in order of priority:
humidity: as close to 0 as possible
temperature: stable on the cool side is best
light: minimal to none

a fridge is a good choice or a drawer in any living area where temps don't fluctuate. thick box with silica packets in the fridge or anywhere is what i do.
