Solved Seed x trade and seed donations bank

im putting this up to ask if were allowed to set up a seed swap x change,and a donation bank of seeds for new,old members.this would be good for the farm i think in many ways. we could xchange,and give to the broke people etc,,!,? so what about it mods:-).
