Okay. I was stupid and accidentally dropped the small casing that holds the seedlings upside down. One seedling, having the cotyledons just slightly open with the two mini leaf sets fell upside down when i dropped the case, now lost the only stem root it had and a cotyledon.

Can I still grow this plant and what should I do if the answer is yes? (fuuuuck meeeee)

btw, the height of this seedling was less about an inch, maybe an inch or so.

ill try.. thanks for the link, but it only shows germination methods, nothing on broken roots.

I'll try treating the broken plant with no root like a clone and add some plastic over it so that it might extend its root and plant growth again..

One more thing!

The cotyledons are the main components for most of a seedlings feeding, so that's why I had this topic so important to me, having lost one cotyledon.. Do you think another one will grow? or is it just the lonely 1 cdon left? :(

you will be amazingly lucky if it lives, young seedlings are very easy to kill.
