Seedling just sprouted and has purple and fuzz

Hey All,

My seedling just popped and is purple on top and fuzzy on the bottom. I have never seen this in all the seeds that I have done.

Is this ok?

The bottom looks like root hairs, I would cover it up the stem a bit with soil, Purple on the seedling stem is perfectly normal.

I'm not sure what is the white, but purple is normal for some strains

Purple could be because it’s a bit colder??? Not a big deal though. I dunno the conditions so can’t say for sure. Fuzz is roots. Add a little soil and you’ll be fine.

Thank you! It’s about my 15th seedling that I have planted the past two years and never seen the fuzz. Phew!
