Seedling leaves curling up at the edges

Hi my tips are starting to curl up there 7 days old under a 250 sodium and temperature is 23 degrees any advice is much appreciated

Light is too close. Sodium is probably the worst light you can use for seedlings. Florescent beats led and HID hands down.

Thanks for the information I moved the light up and now this is them at 11 days

Great to see, wish more people would come back and post that advice given was the correct diagnosis and show the positive results. That's how a community is built.

See those little flips on the edges of the leaf? Those are caused by the fan hitting the plant directly. The moving air dries out the edge faster and they get very sensitive to light.
Aim your fans at the wall instead of at the plants. As long as they are moving slightly, thats all you need.

Cheers mate I have done that and moved my light up and there a lot better
