Seedling new leaves are both pale, with purple/brown hue

Hello, this seedling is 10 days old, using a coco soil with 10% perlite, feeding half strength nutrients. What the hell is causing this? The rest of the leaves look healthy but now it’s doing this. Anyone got any insight on what this could be. Water PH is 6.7 and soil PH is around 6.6

Doesn’t mean squat. It will out grow and be normal.
