Seedling problem

Hey farmers, my seedling is looking funny. Looking for any ideas some more experienced growers can give me. I popped 10 beans and this is the only issue. They've all been fed the same. Maybe I went too early on the nutes? They've been out of the ground 7 days and fed at day 5. I've popped about a hundred beans and fed my seedlings this early every time, no issues before.

Rhizatonic 5ml's

Edit: The dark spots are stray coco.

Not too early on feed (in coco). Looks like it was a little late on this one, if anything. If it doesn't pull out of it in a few days, trash it and don't waste time on weak genetics. You have 9 more chances at something special.

Thanks, altitude. I'll throw it off to the side and feed the same as the others. If it doesn't get any better then I'll toss it.
