Standard pro mix,distilled water, no fertilizer yet. Temps have been a little cold, 45 degrees f some nights. What could be the issue? And in the last picture is what defficiency is that?....

So looks to me (especially in the first and third pic) that the plants are getting too cold.
In regards to nute defiency id say its about time to start feedin em. Imo a mild veg mix is in order. If ur usin distilled water it has absolutely no dissolved solids. Ur pro mix has nothin either. So the only way they are gonna get the stuff they need is if u give it to em. Good luck!!

Oh and meant to comment on the last pic....if ur asking what kinda nute defiency that one has.....? It doesn't have a nute problem. Its perfectly normal for the newest growth to be lighter in color. That plant looks just fine to me
