Seedling staying hunched and not growing

So soaked 3 seeds in water for 24 hours till tap root was established and planted.

1 gorilla glue, 1 gorilla zkittlez and 1 critical kush.

All sprouted within a day of been planted in peat pellets and in a heated incubator and 3 days on the gorilla glue and critical kush are doing great. The gorilla zkittlez has stayed hunched and not grown at all when the other 2 are approx 4 to 5cms tall already and Zkittlez about 1cm.

They are under a viparspectra XS2000 set at 50% and 30 inches away. Just ph correct water been given at the moment. Day temps 25c, night temps 20c and humidity 65%.

So you haven't transplanted the zkittlez yet??

It could be that the peat pellet is too moist and its killing off the seedling. Try transplanting it into a bigger pot if you haven't already and let it have some drier soil,the tiny little root needs air

I didn't transfer because I wanted to keep it heated but have transplanted now. The all had the same amount of water but understand they are all different so hopefully it recovers.
