Any advice? My seedlings stretched, can I save them?

- lighting 18 on / 6 off
- lighting 5 feet above seedling
- lighting on vegetative option

Can it be fixed?

BTW I have a fan oscillating on low 24/7

From my experience with starting seeds both cannabis and veggies is you want the light a little closer if you aren’t able to crank the light up from the ceiling height. (Please let an experienced member confirm this before you change anything in your set up!).

Yes you're gonna want to drop that light down much closer.
Also you can bury those stems with a top dress of soil
