Seedlings have browning leaves spots

I’m useing a phlizon 2000w smd led for my seedlings I have ten two have brown spots on there leaves the others r fine could it be my light or something else I’m useing happy frog potting soil

Had same problem, was running humidifier, wide rh swings, turned off problem stopped.
