Get a red light and put it on it. I liked to do a half hour before lights on continuing for an hour to an hour and a half after lights on. Same thing but reversed for lights out. Red promotes stretching and that timeframe simulates sunrise and sunset

Do you like those peat pots? Tried them.

They're easy to write on with marker or ballpoint pen, so that's convenient. I like that I can just push their bottoms in to transplant bags/pots. Also, it's quite visible when the soil is saturated after watering in them.
