Hello hoping someone can help, as a 1st time grower / long time enjoyer.

I bought 3 Gorilla Glue seeds, they germinated very fast. When they were a couple inches long I planted them and put in grow tent. They started off very strong, now all 3 are droopy (all look the same). The grow light is 2 feet above plants, temp is 74F and humidity is 50%. I leave lights on for 16 hours and dark for 8. I give them 4 water mist sprays each morning.

I'm hoping they can be saved. Any advice????

Are you in soil? If so which brand soil? I’m unable to see the picture very clearly. But when it comes to watering seedlings less is better. A shot glass amount is what you should be using then allow the medium to dry, though not entirely dry. When you apply water to frequently you run the risk of overwatering,

Here’s a better photo. I’m using soil recommended for cannabis. It’s called Woodstock Blend

That soil looks too dry..........

I've never used that soil.....

Spray around the edges till wet......don't spray on the seedling yet......all around the edges.....

It doesn't look good....but do the spray and keep us posted....

I always try saving a plant.....

As long as you spray it good and saturate the medium, it's worth a shot.....

I personally do not like peat pellets/ boxes/containers......

I use solo cups......

Medium in a clear solo, seed/seedling in that medium, don't forget holes in the clear solo, then the clear solo cup in a red/blue/green any colored cup, to block the light from the roots....

Does that make sense?

You have a very powerful light for seedlings......

Does it have a dimmer on it?

If it does, I would turn it to 20ish for the setting....

If not I'd raise it another foot at least, probably more....

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. Yes it makes sense. I'm trying to save it. Ordered more seeds as a backup.

With that kinda power.......yeah....I would.....

Unless you have a smaller light for a few days......t5/t8/fluorescent of some sort.....

Make sure you spray it like above.......then let it dry out a touch....top of soil dry, then mist it with 2 sprays....

If it's not standing in 2 days..........................

Thank you....I'll let you know in 2-days. You think I should stick to 18hours on 6hours off of light>

No dimmer. What do you reccommend? Maybe raising the light to 4feet?
Mine are dimmed to 10% at 42 inches and they just popped 1/21
If it's too dim/far away they will just stretch.
Try putting them in Indirect sunlight/under a desk lamp until they recover.

Voltage, thank you. I dimmed my lights down and everything popped a few days ago. I've switched to 18/6-hours lighting at 16" away from plant.

When do you go full strength on lights?

Any other suggestions, as I'm a newbie grower but 40+ years enjoyer.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

I'd let it get accustomed to the light.....give it a weekish.....bump it up a touch.....if it's good after a few more days, give it a touch more.......

Download the Photone app, apple 7.00 android it’s free, seedlings you want under 200 ppfd the app is not 100% accurate but it’s close enough to get your light where it should be
